Notes before first use:
1) Strictly control the traction time and height, and try to stretch at the lowest level for 1 minute. If there is no discomfort in the waist, increase the height and traction time.
2) Use other functions to relax the waist muscles before traction.
3) Lying flat helps to relax the waist.
4) There will be slight discomfort in the waist during the first traction, which is normal, and the pain will be reduced or disappear after about 3-7 days.
Easy to use: The electric lumbar traction device uses the body's gravity plus a dynamic air bag (with an additional bottom plate) to repeatedly push the waist up and down. Additional base plate: The plate is designed to improve the overall experience of users when operating the traction device on soft surfaces such as soft beds, sofas or foam rubber pads. When the device is placed on size A and B, the traction high end is not the same.

Automatic mode: The automatic mode will run 1 or 2 of the above functions, and other functions can be set separately in this mode. The default 15-minute intelligent timing provides a healthy and reasonable massage.
